Sr. Factory Repair Representative (f/m/d)

About the role

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, develops regulated technology and software platforms used for clinical trials, diagnostics and medical decision-making in highly controlled regulatory environments. They are hiring a Sr. Factory Repair Representative (f/m/d) at the Estenfeld (near Würzburg) site to strengthen their international Clario team.

Responsibilities

• Repair devices sent in by customers promptly; inspect them following final test documentation; document repairs and manage bookings and repair stock within ERP systems.
• Ensure production quality, troubleshoot incoming repairs, attend Material Review Board meetings, follow SOPs, perform specification-based adjustments (including battery replacements) and maintain a clean, structured workspace.

Requirements

Relevant hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical components, assembly tools and measuring devices; experience with ERP systems; fluent English; able to work independently and across teams in a fast-paced setting; dependable with strong follow-through; basic MS-Office skills.

Skills

Basic MS-Office knowledge and fluent English.
