IT Support (Munich, Germany)

About the role

Medpace is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Munich for a fully office-based role supporting users, working with international colleagues and developing technical skills with current technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administrate user accounts for network, e-mail and other applications.
• Provide support to end users for Medpace IT equipment and software including computer hardware, peripherals, copiers, fax machines, mobile phones, scanners, building security systems, environment monitoring systems, computer operating systems and office applications.
• Identify, research and resolve technical problems affecting IT equipment and software applications.
• Respond to IT tickets, telephone calls, e-mails and other requests for technical support.
• Document, track and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate and collaborate with regional and global IT team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Preferably 2+ years' experience in a help desk or IT support role.
• Applications should be submitted in English.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with Exchange Server Tools, Office 365 and other cloud-based applications is a plus.

Work arrangement

• This is a fully office-based position.
• Office-based environment with on-site mentors; occasional work-from-home flexibility may be available for eligible positions after training.
